Products are usually shipped within three business days or less, however, most of the time we can ship stuff the same day payment is received, depending on order load.  If you have a rush order let Darren know!

Rush orders can be shipped to meet any deadline.

All credit card orders are being accepted through Paypal.com right now.  Paypal is a safe and reliable form of credit card payment and refund receiving.

All Giant Squid products are sold with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition with the original packing materials and receipt within 30 days for a refund, minus the original shipping costs and 10% restocking fee.

This guarantee does not include custom microphone and cable orders.   Please email in regard to custom mic and cable jobs.

12 month Warranty
12 months after the date of purchase, all Giant Squid mics and cables products are covered by a warranty against workmanship defects and should be returned after contacting Giant Squid via email.

If a Giant Squid mic or cable requires repair caused by damage not of workmanship in origin Giant Squid will repair them and ship them back to you at the cost of parts and return postage.

The warranty on the mics is on workmanship.  Damage from bear attacks and three year old children are not included.

When being returned to Giant Squid items must be sent with postage prepaid and contents fully insured to the following address:

Please include your name, address, and a copy of your invoice.

Out of Warranty Damage
If you experience trouble with you mic that is out of the warranty parameters or the warranty had expired we can still fix it for you.  All we ask is enough money in exchange for return postage and the cost of parts.

For Live "Tapers"
Getting great results from stealth recording high sound pressure level (really loud) live music with Giant Squid Audio Lab Mics, as with all other type and brand of mics, is a hit and miss endeavor controlled sometimes by circumstances beyond one's control.  I can assure you that there is NO exception to this rule.

Capturing a musical moment all depends on how the sound system is mixed to the amplifiers and where you at in relation to the sound source and how you have the mics positioned.
